Seasonal Rentals
Following is our listing of properties for short term (seasonal) rental in the Lee
County area of the Lee Island Coast. If you would like us to assist you in your

Details:
- 11% bed tax on all seasonal rentals of less than 6 months and 1 day.
There is no tax on yearly rentals.
- All rentals include water, electric, trash, cable, lawn service (Some
electric may be limited.)
- Deposit required on all rentals. Deposit
is not refundable until end of your stay and after inspection.
Deposit fees will be returned with 15 days of your departure.
- Checks MUST
clear prior to your occupancy. Credit cards are not accepted.
- Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. on the last day of your
lease. Check in time is 1:00 P.M on the first day of your lease
- All of our units are very clean and fully equipped with maintenance crew on call.
- You are required to clean your rental and
leave it as you found it or you may hire a cleaning service.
- Homes are rented by the month beginning with the first day of each month.
- All rental's are based on Double Occupancy ($150. per month for each
additional person)
- Rentals for the following year MUST be confirmed PRIOR to your current
departure date.
- Some units have local phone
- No condos on Pine Island allow pets
- No Smoking in most units. Some smoking units available.
